2. Using the site

By accessing or using griptonyte.com you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

3. Products and pricing

We do our best to display product colours, materials, and details accurately, but slight variation is possible — particularly with natural materials and custom prints. Prices are shown in your local currency where supported and include taxes where required.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch.

4. Custom orders and your design

When you upload a logo or design for Custom Logo Grips, or specify a colour selection for a Clubhouse pack, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the design, or have permission from the rights holder to use it.
• The design does not infringe any third party’s trademark, copyright, or other rights.
• The design does not contain unlawful, offensive, or harmful content.

You grant us a limited licence to reproduce your design on the grips you ordered. We will not use your design for any other purpose without your permission.

5. Order acceptance

An order is placed when you complete checkout. Your order is accepted only when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may reject an order at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, design we won’t print, payment issues) and refund any payment in full.

6. Delivery and risk

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. We aim to meet the lead times stated in our Shipping Policy but cannot guarantee them — carrier delays and customs processing are outside our control.

7. Returns and refunds

See our Refund Policy. Custom and personalised items are not returnable except where faulty or damaged.

8. Liability

Our liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Privacy

How we use your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is shown on this page with the date last updated. Any order placed under earlier terms is governed by those earlier terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or any order — except that consumers may always bring a claim in the courts of their country of residence where local consumer law provides this right.
