Refund policy
Custom and personalised orders
Custom Logo Grips are personalised to your specification — printed to order. They are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production has started.
Where local law (e.g. UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) provides a statutory right to cancel online consumer purchases, that right does not apply to personalised or custom-made goods.
Faulty or defective products
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 working days of delivery at team@griptonyte.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the defect
We’ll review and respond within 3 working days. Where we agree a defect, we’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, take photos before opening if possible. Contact us within 7 working days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement at no charge.
Wrong item received
If the item you receive doesn’t match your order, contact us within 14 working days with photos. We’ll send the correct item and arrange return of the wrong one at our cost.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 working days of confirmation. We’ll email you when it’s processed.
