Do you ship internationally? How long does it take?
Yes — custom orders ship worldwide. Your grips are printed at our workshop in north Thailand and shipped direct. From approval to delivery, allow 2–4 weeks depending on quantity and destination.
What file formats do you accept?
PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, or AI. High-res files with transparent backgrounds work best — but send what you have and we'll make it work.
What's the minimum order?
30 grips. We offer packs of 30, 50, and 100 — the more you order, the lower the per-grip price.
What if I don't like the mockup?
No problem — the mockup is free and there's zero obligation. We can revise it or try a different colour — whatever works.
Are these the same quality as your regular grips?
Exactly the same Chamois Supreme — same material, same 190cm length, same thickness options. Just with your logo on it.
Can I mix colours in one order?
Absolutely. You can split your order across multiple grip colours — just mention it when we send your mockup and we'll sort it.
Can I combine a logo with text or a flag?
Absolutely. The Grip Design Lab is a visualisation tool — your actual print isn't limited to one element. Logo with club name, crest with a flag, whatever you want. Just send us the design and we'll lay it out. The recommended max print area is 100 × 25mm.
How many prints on one grip?
3 prints. The same design is printed three times along the grip, so your logo stays visible however the stick is held.
