Shipping policy

Where we ship from

All Clubhouse orders ship from our workshop in Thailand via tracked international post (EMS World Tracked, or Int’l Air Parcel where EMS is unavailable).

Production lead times

  • Custom Logo Grips: 7 working days from approved design to dispatch.
  • Clubhouse packs: 3 working days from order to dispatch.

You’ll receive a tracking link by email the moment your parcel ships.

Delivery times (after dispatch)

  • Thailand: 1–3 working days (free)
  • United Kingdom: 4–9 working days (free)
  • EU + Egypt: 4–9 working days
  • Australia / New Zealand: 5–9 working days
  • Asia (SG, TW, VN, HK, MY, KR, ID, PH, JP, CN): 3–5 working days
  • Americas (US, CA, AR): 5–11 working days
  • Mexico: 8–14 working days (Int’l Air Parcel)

Delivery times exclude posting date and are subject to customs processing.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Your country may charge import duties, taxes, or handling fees on delivery. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping.

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom valued at £135 or less, we collect UK VAT at checkout (where applicable). For orders above £135, import VAT is collected by UK customs on delivery.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 working days, email team@griptonyte.com. We’ll investigate with the carrier and either resend or refund as appropriate.

Wrong address

It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you’ll be charged a second shipping fee to resend.
