Where we ship from

All orders ship from our workshop in Thailand via tracked international post.

Shipping options

• Standard (ePacket): Free on all orders. Tracked. 7–15 business days.
• Express (EMS): Available at checkout. 3–7 business days. Free on orders of 30 grips or more.

Production lead times

• Custom Logo Grips: 7 working days from approved design to dispatch.
• Standard packs: 3 working days from order to dispatch.

You’ll receive a tracking link by email the moment your parcel ships.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Your country may charge import duties, taxes, or handling fees on delivery. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 working days, email team@griptonyte.com. We’ll investigate with the carrier and either resend or refund as appropriate.

Wrong address

It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may need to charge for reshipment.
